100 clips for $2.50???? I need that hook-up, lol! I think probably 60mm french clips are a good size for medium bows (depending on what size you consider to be medium). That is my own preference. I use 70mm on my medium stacked bows though. I got mine from UB.

That sounds like a great deal there. I am getting 80 single prong clips for 4.89. This is a supply house close to where I live. Do you know if they comply with the lead laws?

I buy my french barrettes from TrimWeaver, they seem to have the best ones for the price. Michaels is now carrying them also, but not in the sizes that TrimWeaver has. I get my alligator clips at Sallys, on sale now 100 for $3.99, but then I don't have to pay any shipping.
Hi girls I went to a flea market on sunday and find a ladies who have the french barette 60mm for .50 a little bag of 5! i think is ok beacause i buy it for 5x$1.00 :confused1::

That's a good price too. I've never found them at the Sally's we have here...maybe someone buys them out.

I would love some.......That is a fantastic price.
As far as the french clips, for my girls I use 30mm for smaller bows, 40 mm for medium bows 60 or 70 for larger bows. I use the smaller ones because one of my girls has super fine, soft hair, so the smaller ones don't shift as much once they are in the hair I get mine from Rabom, or Hipgirls. They are one of those things that I just add to ribbon order. They (rabom) offer them from 1.89 to 2.66 for 25 depending on size. Hipgirl also offers them in a set of 100. HTH

I couldn't find them at Sally's either until someone showed me where they were. I was looking for them hanging up, but they are on the bottom of the shelf, almost on the floor in little boxes of 100.
