Hi Lauren! I use VistaPrint (http://www.vistaprint.com/full-color-postcards.aspx?xnav=LeftItem&xnid=MarketingSignage&dng=1141720)for my bow cards. Their postcards are great for bow cards and they always have sales! hth

What is shelving paper, Heather? What does it do for your cards? This sounds interesting! Do you have a photo of your cards?

shelving paper comes in various colors and such but i use the clear one it is viynal like aterial that has a sticky side. I use it to give patterns a little stiffness. its basically a cheap way to laminate stuff. i found this place online that shows you what i mean but i buy mine at walmart and some times at the dollartree.

Shelf lining paper, drawer liner (http://www.shelfpaper911.com/)

I'll post a pic of my cards tonight when i get home. my camara is at work.

What size are the post cards that you order from VistaPrint?

Standard post card size from VistaPrint (100 count). Register your e-mail before you order, they always send e-mails with a list of all the freebies they are offering. It changes all the time.
I ordered the large post cards to hand out at shows as a flyer (50 count), and they were HUGE. Wish I would have just gotten the standard post card size for those too.

I buy the standard and the oversized postcards. The oversized ones you can cut in half to make two bow cards.

Thanks so much for the information, I've registered with Vistaprint, but haven't ordered anything yet. I can't decide on what to put on my cards, besides the name, since I make other things besides bows, that would be a short description of what I do. I've always sold things thru word of mouth, but I'd like to have some business cards to give to people, and putting my bows on cards would be good.

I use vistaprint too but I use regular business cards. I got them printed vertically instead of horizontally. I like them they fit bows & clips perfectly without overpowering the bows.

I like to use the regular postcards for clippies. Print two on one and they make great clippie cards too.

I do the same thing. I was using post cards cut in half, but I ran out & decided to try the business cards. Definitely a lot more for you money & they're just the right size for a few clips or a small bow.

Agreed...I recently started doing trio's of clips and they fit on there great too :)

I order from Overnight Prints. They always have specials like Vista. My sister owns a company, and she told me she preferred Overnight to Vista (not exactly sure why to be honest). I've been really happy with my cards, and shipping is really fast.

I use them for my business cards, and I order 5x7 postcards (print two side-by-side images) and cut in half (for 2 bowcards).
