Hello! I am new here and just found this site. I have been making tutus for a short period of time but have just recently approached a new upscale resale/boutique store about selling my creations. They went nuts over my tutus & halos and now want to have 20 in their store to start with. The owner called me yesterday and said that she wanted her store advertising to picture her girls in my tutus & halos! Then she said that they have been telling everyone about them and that she thinks that they are going to be their #1 item.
My question is, where do you find the best and cheapest tulle to purchase? I really want tulle only from USA...and know about Nashville wraps ($2.20 a roll), tulle source ($1.99 a roll) but I have never ordered from Tulle source. Does anyone have any experience in this and can help me?
I am a little nervous that I am getting myself into too much but I am still not sure people will really want to buy them. (that is my self esteem talking...I really need to get rid of it!) :confused1:
Thanks a bunch for your help! I would really appreciate any thoughts anyone has to give me!

That is so great that you have a store owner so excited about your products!
I've only ordered from Nashville wraps, but wondered about Tulle Source myself. I put an order in with them once and their servers when down right as I was checking out and I ended up just giving up and never went back to finish up my order. I agree to keep with the high quality tulle though, much more soft then other brands I've tried.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. But congrats and best of luck with your tutus!

I bought some from Walmart and it was so scratchy! I'm looking for softer tulle as well. Congrats on getting your items in a store!!

Thanks for the support! I am a little nervous still that I might be getting into something that will be too much. :) I am going to maybe try that Tulle Fabric site to see how their stuff is. If anyone else has some other ideas or experiences...I am always willing to try some other place.
Thanks!

Thank you for your welcome and support all of you! I appreciate any ideas that anyone has! Our joanns is pretty skimpy and not run very well so I may be out of luck with that. I picked up some shimmery sage tulle from Michaels and it was really pretty in a tutu.

Not a problem...I figured it had to be another site maybe. If you are like me I have so many I can't remember what I have seen where. LOL Thanks for the help! Enjoy your weekend!

Has anyone used the tulle from UB? I've only purchased from AC Moore and Hobby Lobby, their's was pretty soft, but I hate to have to purchase $50.00 right now from UB, specially if I don't know how their product is. If anyone uses their tulle, please post as to how you like it.
Thanks
