UB Ribbon ?'s

I am wanting to place an order at UB for some ribbon, but before I do I wanted to ask you ladies who have purchased from them your experience:

Is the ribbon stiff or soft?

Is the ribbon like paper?

I just purchased some ribbon from RABOM, and its alright, it feels kinda papery feel KWIM? I really love TRR ribbon, but I really want to cut my costs down.

Also, how is their tulle at UB?

The ribbon at UB is very floppy i use there 3/8 for lining clippies and small bows and will keep using it but i am going to use up the 5/8 and 7/8 i have and then i am going to start buying that elsewhere and the tulle not the best kinds scratchy i bought some once and wont get it again i would stick with nashville or bb crafts

I like the 3/8 ribbon. Never tryed the tulle but I got my tule from the tullesorce website on my dd (1) loves her tutu's she screams when she sees them and brings them to me to put on her.

I also use the 3/8" ribbon for wrapping headbands and clippies as well as ribbon sculptures. It can be thin. I say "can" because I have found the thickness inconsistent from roll to roll/color to color. I have had their tulle before and I will not get it again. The biggest problem that I had with it was that every single roll I got stuck to the cardboard roll at the top and I ended up wasting lots of tulle because it tore.
