Fold Over Elastic. Makes the best baby headbands. I got what I have from Maeve.

Sorry i should have wrote that! I found a supplier she has tons of colors and they are .25 a yard and awsome shipping even to me in Canada i paid $6 shipping for 110 yards here is a link if anyone is interested

I went and looked at this site just now. I know this is random, but I love how she puts a monkey in each picture! It just makes me feel happy!
