If you are tired of running to walgreens for printing sheets for your bottle caps, this is another alternative.
I collect home furnishing magazines and catalogues from online stores. Use your circle punch and cut the floral or patterns you find appealing.

Glue them to your bottlecap using e 6000 and seal with envirolite.

Do not touch your bottle cap for 36 hours(not minutes) and let it dry.

Note: Cheap quality papers will bleed or absorb the sealant.

I like ikea, pottery barn, ethan allen huladance

(hint hint ;))

Do not use copyrighted patterns.

Chk the attachment, u wont believe it lol.

What a great idea. My mother is always giving me magazines and catalogues arrive at our doorstop by the truckload.

I will look at them in a different light now.

Thanks

Nice Idea. I really want to try bottle caps. Maybe one day. LOL

By the way.. How would you print bottlecap images at walgreens? Like how do you put images in little circles on a 4X6 picture?

I use photoshop to cut the image after resizing to 1 inch.

the quality of the paper is very important. Some magazines use high grade paper to print and they never bleed.

i bought mine from michaels with the 50% coupon. If you do not have any coupon, ask the cashier , they always keep a spare coupon in the counter:girly:

Wow what a great idea! I have had the same problem with bleeding if I use anything other than photo paper. I guess I will have to look for magazines that have a higher grade of paper. I'm definatley going to be keeping my eyes out! I am already a magazine thief lol - I take everyones left overs!
