First off, so sorry to hear your bad luck with your site. To be honest I had tons of business this time last year and it has slowed down A LOT since January, never seemed to shift back into gear. So I don't think a lot of it is your fault. MARKET your site, through blogs, twitter, MYSPACE (BIG ONE), facebook. Link everything together and update all the time, keep people informed and up to date on what's new, what you've been up to, new products and designs. Half of your business should be the creative end and the other should be getting the word out about your business. I dislike the marketing part, a lot, but it is necessary. I've heard many times, it is easier to get repeat business from past customers then it is to draw new customers in. Without the new customers you are missing out on the repeat business which is the easier part. Get them in and they will love you and stick with you.
Next: FREE BLOG - Blogger: Create your free blog (www.blogspot.com) or Blogger: Create your free blog (www.blogger.com) whichever url works they are both the same. The easiest and free blog I've found. Don't try WordPress, heard it is very confusing. You can visit sites like cutestblogontheblock.com (www.cutestblogontheblock.com) and Shabby Blogs - Home - Free blogger templates and shabby chic scrapbooking resources - Shabby style! (www.shabbyblogs.com) for CUTE backgrounds to design your site and they are FREE! They also offer free tutorials on how to install the backgrounds onto your blogger. You can also google "free blog backgrounds" and find tons more sites that offer them.
I hope I was a little help. I know all these things have helped my business in the long run. You have cute stuff that I know people will want and buy, you just need to get the word out!

i clicked on your name and found your site, the only thing i would suggest is i think that is a free website correct? I use to have one when i first started and i got even less orders than when i just had my pics on photobucket for people to see so i sucked it up and signed up with www.shoppepro.com (http://www.shoppepro.com) super cheap 9.95 a month and $15 a year for your domain then i spent $50 and got a template but there are lots for even less than that some like $15- $20 as soon as i did that my sales got sooooo much better and have only gone up since then, i think the free websites can look unprofessional to some(not saying yours does) and people get scared to buy from them so maybe look into that if it is an option for you :)

I use ShoppePro too. It gave me some grief at first, but their customer service is pretty good and they got all the bugs ironed out for me. I had a free site that wanted to start charging, so I knew that I wanted something better then what my free site was offering so I did my research and ShoppePro won out. I also paid for a template that someone installed for me. It was kind of a steep investment, but to have the professional look it was worth it to me.
