Thank you soo much! I was having so much trying to sew around the elastic without catching it.. I guess I makes sense to sew the casing first.

wow this is a great tutorial! Easier to follow then others I've seen. and I never knew you could put pretty fabric on the outside and PUL in the middle. I have a bunch of pocket diapers I want to re-construct. I was thinking about making them into covers so I can re-use them and making fillers that are not microfiber (what I had with the twins and it stinks too fast) but after seeing this maybe I'll make some AIOs!
Just curious if any of you have made diapers what material you use as a soaker. I didn't like the microfiber, but I did like chinese pre-folds except they were so bulky!

At first when I saw it ... I thought it's going to be simple ... but while browsing, it change my mind ... I find it a little bit hard. However I going to try to make some for me to find out if it am really hard or easy. Thanks for the tutorial it makes sense to me to create a personalize diaper for my far future baby. Lol! cheerl
