Felt Snap Clips & Feather Headband

I have been under the weather this week, I've been checking in but just haven't felt well enough to post much. I made these this weekend and wanted to share

I love making these felt snap clips! I need to take a picture of my daughter wearing one because they are even more cute in her hair. I've seen a tut for this too somewhere, but couldn't find it when I needed it so I just tried to remember what it said and probably came up with my own way of doing it in the end. But here's the tut I DID find after I made all these:

The headband is another Christmas gift for my sister. I bought the headband from Target, and the feathers from Michaels. I made the organza flower and added some tulle. Very simple to make, and I know it's going to look really cute on her. I'll try to take a picture of her on Christmas to share.

How adorrible I love the snap clip covers. and the peacock headband is to die for. u should list that on etsy i am sure it would sell in no time.

Really!? I thought about making a few just because they were easy enough, to maybe try and sell. What do you think would be a good price? I really have no idea.

The felt snap clips are too cute. And I love the headband. $10 or $12 sounds like a good price.

Love those clips! Do you sew them buy hand? And the little flowers and things are so little, how do you cut them so nicely!?! You must be more patient than me. They are adorable, nice work!

Thanks! I did sew two of the heart snap clips by hand with floss, but then turned on the sewing machine for the rest to make them go a little faster. I cut the little felt embellishments with a really sharp pair of scissors that came with a sewing kit. It's hard to describe, but they aren't like normal scissors. You wrap your fingers around the bottom and pinch the blades together at the tip. If that makes any sense at all! But I was able to get the shapes to look nicer using those.
