Does anyone offer e-bow parties? I just added it to my site and have someone interested.
My question is - how do you do the invites? I know e-vites.com. But I want to design my own on my photoshop elements program and send them via e-mail to have my hostess forward to their guests. What's the best way to do this? I know I can import a HTML code, but is there a different/better/easier way? I want to make sure this goes smoothly being my first e-show and looks nice all at the same time.
THANKS!

I offer them though I haven't had anyone book yet. I did up my own invitation that will be in a pdf format. I will send this to the hostess with her unique hostess code on it so that she can mail it out to her invitees. I keep the same template and will just change the code for each person that books.

Oh ok! That's kind of what I was thinking, just saving as a pdf so I could switch info out. I guess that's the route I'll go.
This is my first e=bow party too. I also have my first home party booked for April 11th too, which is going to be interesting. The timing of this online party is kind of bad, b/c I have a huge show the weekend of that party... but there's no way i was going to say no. I'm excited about it though! Any other advice on this subject is welcome!!

could anyone give me any instruction or helpful advice on how to have a home party? I have just started at this, and i want to offer some incentives for a hostess, and to book future parties, but have no clue what to offer. Any help would be great.

I just booked my first home bow party for May 7th. It is a distant relative, but she has a 5 year old and knows lots of mom's with little girls. She LOVES the HH flowers - she wears them and attaches them to her purse, etc. Anyway, that was my incentive - FLOWERS! She wants to send invites via e-mail. I have a different incentive program for home shows then what I have for e-bow parties on my website.
1st, she gets a gift just for hosting (FLOWER!)
2nd, she gets another gift if she has 10 or more quests
3rd, she gets credit toward whatever products she wants depending on her sales
4th, if she reaches over a certian $ amount in sales she gets another free gift
and #5 - if anyone else books a party at her party she gets a gift certificate AFTER that other party is hosted.
HTH!

That is kinda along the lines of what i was thinking. I didnt want to give too much away for the fact they wouldnt buy because they would want to save for their free stuff...lol Thank you for the insite as to what you do.

I know some people give the host the option of sending their own invites. Or you can send an html email with a link to register & pictures of your flowers. Or even just create a picture collage or something with details & upload it like a picture to an email with a link back to your store.
