What material ribbon do you use? Did you sew or use hot glue? If hot glue how is it working with the different materials? I'm just wondering because I had a hard time when I use anything other than grosgrain with hot glue it doesn't stay well.

I only use grosgrain and I sew mine and then glue them together when stacking them.
