View Full Version : Bunny/Spring/Easter Shirt

This was a day my embroidery machine was working with me instead of against me, lol!

The shirt is actually from a pack of 3 under shirts I bought from Target (Cheaper then buying regular tank tops). They don't make them in a size XS (4/5) that I needed so I sewed up the sides to make it more snug on my sweeter pies, took the spaghetti straps off and replaced them with fabric straps (same as the gingham on the bunny). I saw a tutorial on how to change the straps out with ribbon, and that's what I got them for - but needed to make an Eastery/Spring shirt so ended up using one. The shrug is just from a dress I took from.

Now I need to make a shirt to match!

That is so cute. And she is so adorable. I'm going to have to put an embroidery machine on my wish list. :)

That's really adorable. I buy undershirts for appliques, too. It's so much more affordable!

I just wish they made them XS instead of small - they are huge on my not even 4 year old! But I made it fit

That would be nice. I buy a lot of toddler shirts for my son & they come in 2/3t, but only in white. It would be nice if they had more sizes & colors.

That is so adorable. Man, the more I see on here, the more I'd like to have an embroidery machine. I may have to talk to Santa about it.

I do the same for my son, so he ends up in ALOT of white tees:001_tongue:

Aww - Thanks! She is a total ham! That night she was being so goofy though, lucky I got some smiles out of her. Some days she is so good and takes pics really nice and others she's too goofy and wants to be silly. But I guess that's how a 3 year old is going to act!
