The finished Tutu Bow holder

So, I ended up appliqueing the name onto the fabric instead of painting. After researching more into the painting it seemed like way too much extra work (which the appliqueing wasn't much less work, I bet).

Anyway, here is the finished product. I definitely won't be personalizing any more bow holders for only $25. I'm just not sure how much extra to charge for the personalization. I'm thinking least $10 because I had to do the template in photoshop print it out, trace, etc, probably more. How much though?

That looks fabulous. I know most ladies who make these bow holders charge 25.00 without any names on them. If the name was embroidered, I know the charge is 1.00 per thousand stitches. That should get you thinking on your prices right off of the top.

Turned out awesome! I agree, too cheap for personalization. I charge $25-$30 for mine w/o it. So at least $35-$40. A LOT of work goes into those, I know!
