DIY pettiskirt and tulle top?

Does anyone know how to make their own tulle top or pettiskirt? Or where to find the best place to buy pettiskirts wholesale? I have been searching all over for days and the cheapest i can find is like $40. I know they are out there... i just dont know where to look. :(

thanks for the petti link, too bad the cute ones are all sold out right now...lol I will be sure to check back on that. The tulle top im looking for looks like a tank top, but it looks like its completely made of tulle.

I just bought a pettiskirt from a group buy on Hip Girl's and it's FABULOUS. It was like $25 with shipping through that. The buy is over, but you can maybe see if there is another one going on over there. The quality of this petti is really really nice, and just as they said - could retail for $80. I just got one for my daughter's upcoming birthday though, now I wish I had the money to invest in a ton b/c they are ADORABLE

They have some at Costco right now if you have one near you. I think they are $15 or $18 and have a ton of colors.

they make wonderful pettiskirts, but the orders can take months to process depending on demand, it is best to place a large order at once, but they are very reasonable on price and theses are the ones you see retailing for 40- 80 bucks each, and you only pay a fraction of that :)

Someone mentioned on the HG forum that they are selling petti skirts at Big Lots. I wouldn't expect top notch quality, but I think they were really cheap.

I was at our Big Lots a few weeks ago and got two really adorable pettiskirts. They had a bunch and some of them were not the best quality, but I feel the two I got were made very well.
