I made this using regular gridwall hooks (6 inches) . i bought one hook for 0.15 cents
Plastic cups (got them as 4 pcs packed, in 99 c stores)
Grey cups (3 pcs packed, again in 99 c stores)
I do not have step to step pics. I used these for 3 shows until now, really strong. I used metal washer to secure(i fused them) and e6000 for the foam to cover.Pardon the E6000 mess:o

I have 6 holder made. I use 3 rows - 2 holders in each. They really stand out for craft shows. thanks
