Newbie Bows

Hi all! I'm very new to bow making, and wanted to show off a couple of the bows that I've made! The korker is on a ponytail holder. The pink and green one is on an alligator clip. Please let me know what you think!

Your korker is very nice and full looking! I really like it. On your stacked bow, I love your color choices and the loops seem even. I would maybe use wider spikes and stay away from satin as a spike. It tends to get floppy.

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions! That was the first stacked bow I ever made! I've been looking at pictures, and trying to replicate as best as I can. I'm still trying to figure out ribbon widths and types. To be quite honest, I loved the green ribbon I used for the spikes as soon as I saw it! It has a striped side, and I really thought I had picked up a really cool grosgrain! Oops!

WoW! Your korker looks GREAT. I'm new at making bows too and when I"ve tried Korkers, mine end up flat. It's not a waste though because I just put an embellishment in the middle, but still, I can't seem to do what you've done here. I LOVE IT!
Great job.
The 2nd one is nice too, maybe the little pink bow needs a little symmetry, but the polka dot bow is just GREAT, the loops are really really nice.

The second one needs some work just because it seems a little uneven to me. but that is just my opinion!
