if this isnt the right spot to post this i'm sorry i'll move it. i have two questions
1. what sizes tutus should i make for the flea market i wanna do like small medium large but i dont know what size elastic that translates to.
2. i wanna make dog tutu's there really big here atm. but again i wanna do a small medium large but i have no idea what that translates to for elastic
any help would be greatly appreciated
