Bottle Cap

i know there is some how to make your own bottle cap images. i have been trying to for weeks and i am about to pull my hair out.:banghead: i want to make some so bad but i cant get the right program to do what i want it to. if any one could help me i would appreciate it.

I use Photoshop. I know you might be able to use GIMP, but I'm not familiar with that program. You might want to check out the craft graphics group on Yahoo. They may have a tutorial or two on there. I can PM the link if you want.
