I would just like to know if most of you are testing your
creations for lead.

Have you gotten any response to this offline. I would like to know the answer to this one too. Also would like to know where people are sending their stuff to be tested and how much it costs.

I haven't gotten any comments. Actually, I am trying to start selling my bows but got scared with the new law; I don't have a budget now to be testing and it is not clear about who it applies to or not. It gives me the impression that most people are still waiting to see what happens but selling their items in the meantime.

That's pretty much the impression that I've gotten too. I'm going to start selling at craft fairs - I don't think I'm too worried about this. I'll wait and see what happens before I start selling online. Also, you always have the option of putting a disclaimer on your products - Not for Children Under the Age of 12, I think even with that, if a parent of a younger child wants the bow they will buy it.
