This isn't a Brilliant Idea but I thought it was pretty cute. I saw this at Walmart the other day. Pretty easy to make, all you need is ribbon, beads, thread and a needle.

Very cute! RABOM has a ribbon/bead set for making necklaces too. I think $5 for the stuff to make 3 necklaces.
