Pappashop or WAHMShoppes? Or Something else?

What is better...Pappashop or WAHMShoppes as far as webhosting goes? I'm giving myself a migraine trying to figure out what's best and easiest to work with for around $13.00 a month or lower. And one that I don't have to pay a fortune for graphics and designs because let's face it, I don't have that kind of money just laying around these days. The economy SUCKS! LOL I host through Yahoo right now and people keep having issues with clicking on my links when they are using the Firefox browser. So what's your opinions? What webhost do you use? TIA!

ive heard lunarpages is pretty good.. there are a couple pretty good free ones out there too. what about shutterfly have you tried them?
