3 inch crochet headbands?

What are the 3 inch crochet headbands used for?

I use the 1.5 inch for headbands with interchangeable bows/flowers and the 5 inch to make the crochet hats but what about the 3 inch?

I think people turn them into beanies by sewing them.

The 4.5 and 5 inch are the ones most use for beanies. I think the 3" is might be used for older girls. Not sure though. I use black 3" headbands for myself to pull my hair back since it blends in, lol.

I have some customers who like the 1.5" and some that like the 3" headbands - use as interchangeable bands with bows and flowers the same as the 1.5". Just a matter of preference, I suppose.
